ORDER PROCESSING

Our are typically processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Order processing time can be longer during sale periods, but the majority of orders are shipped withing 2-3 business days.

We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You may check the status of your most recent order(s) by signing into your account in the top right corner.

Your account page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your entire order within 30 minutes of placing order by contacting our Advisor team.

*Unfortunately during sale periods, we are unable to cancel any orders due to the volume.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Cannot ship to address provided
- A duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to a customer request
- Suspicion regarding ordering excessive quantities of multiple items

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. SAMPLES AT CHECKOUT

Erno Laszlo often offers our customers the opportunity to try our most beloved products as well as our newest innovations through our sampling program. The guidelines of the program are as follows:

- US orders of at least $100 USD will qualify for (1) complimentary sample at checkout.
- Canadian orders of at least $200 CAD will qualify for (1) complimentary sample at checkout.

Customers who attempt to add additional samples to their orders are subject to order cancellation. 

 

HOW DO I CHANGE, EDIT, OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

*Unfortunately during sale periods, we are unable to edit, change, or cancel any orders due to the volume. If there is a problem with your address, we will work with our warehouse to correct this.

SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states, as well as the UK and Canada.

In the US, orders over $100 ship for free. Orders under $100 will have an $8 shipping fee.
International orders for Canada over $200 CAD ship for free. Canadian orders under $200 CAD will have a $45 CAD shipping fee. United Kingdom orders over £200 GBP ship for free. United Kingdom orders below £200 GBP will have a $35 GBP shipping fee.

Our free shipping option for both US and international utilizes USPS and UPS rates. We cannot guarantee what shipping method will be chosen by our warehouse, but all orders will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Orders are typically received 2-5 business days from the shipment date. All orders from NJ.

We also offer 2nd Day Air for $15, or Overnight for $40.

Please note, should you order Light Controlling Toner, your entire order will be shipped USPS due to alcohol being a hazmat. If you need other items quickly, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Please note: USPS and UPS may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

 

HOW DO I GET A 10% DISCOUNT ON MY FIRST ORDER?

To receive a discount on your first order, you must sign up for our email newsletter. This can be done by entering your email in the pop-up on the home page, or in the box at the bottom of our website. Once you confirm your email address, you will receive an email with your 10% off code.

Please note, if you have purchased from us before and sign up for the newsletter, you will not receive a 10% off code in your email.

WHAT IS THE ERNO LASZLO LOYALTY PROGRAM?

HOW DO I JOIN THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

You can join our Institute Rewards Program by creating an account. Once you have an active account, you will earn points for every order placed.

HOW DOES THE ERNO LASZLO LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Erno Laszlo’s loyalty program is a tier-based program determined by a customer’s spend threshold within a rolling 12-month calendar year, beginning on the date when a customer enters a tier. When you join, you automatically enter the Debut Tier. After spending $1,000, you will be automatically moved up to the Icon Tier. Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify. After that, maintain your spending to maintain your tier. If you do not meet your spend threshold, you will remain in the Debut Status. For more information on tier thresholds and ways to earn points, visit our rewards page.

I RECEIVED MY EMAIL THAT THE PROGRAM RESETS ON JUNE 1ST, 2023. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOUNT?

To give loyalty members the opportunity to remain or upgrade their tier status, there will be a one-year period to spend toward your current tier or upgrade.


HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

At checkout, ensure you are logged into your Erno Laszlo account to view the number of points redeemable. Currently, points are redeemable for up to $40 in credit.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on ernolaszlo.com, you may return the product to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns in any condition. Any Product Bundles, Sets, or Product with multiple components must be returned in their entirety.

• To prepare your return package, please fill out the Return Form section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.

• Follow the shipping instructions provided on the Return Form to send your return package.

We accept returns in any condition, and do not require the original packaging.

WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION?

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout as insurance against a variety of problems that can occur during transit and the delivery process. Route is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Both our international and domestic customers can opt-in for Route. Customers who are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

HOW DO I FILE A ROUTE CLAIM?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/
Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.

WHEN SHOULD I FILE A ROUTE CLAIM?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

WHY IS MY FAVORITE ITEM OUT OF STOCK?

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you can sign up to notified when it is back in stock by going to the product page, clicking “Notify Me When Available” and entering your email address. Unfortunately there are many supply chain problems these days and some of our favorites have been delayed.

 

WHY WAS MY FAVORITE ITEM DISCONTINUED?
