The formula for our mattifying toner / clarifying toner features hero ingredients that are well-established and proven to work wonders: Cosmetic Grade Alcohol and Glycerin for skin. Cosmetic Grade Alcohol acts as an astringent, enveloping oil on the skin and whisking it away for a shine-free complexion. Glycerin, a natural moisture magnet, attracts and holds moisture to replenish any hydration removed by the cleansing alcohol. 

How to Use 
Immediately after cleansing, sweep over skin with a cotton pad or apply directly with your hands by patting the liquid, avoiding the eye area. Use morning and night. Do not apply to damaged or inflamed skin.

Results
This facial toner—a favorite of oily skin types—sweeps away surface oil while lightly exfoliating and binding balanced moisture to the skin for a fresh-faced, more-clarified complexion.

Glycerin is a critical component in alcohol-based astringents. As a humectant, a substance able to preserve moisture, Glycerin helps condition the skin and replenish hydration that the alcohol would otherwise remove. In this formula, it’s essential for a fresh-faced, perfectly-moisturized complexion.
