Returns
We accept returns for any Erno Laszlo products purchased on ErnoLaszlo.com within 30 days of the purchase date. To process your return, please fill out the return slip included in your original order. Any Product Bundles, Sets, or Product with multiple components must be returned in their entirety. Repackage the items to be returned and ship to the following address:

For your protection, please consider shipping via UPS, Fedex or USPS insured. Erno Laszlo is not responsible for return shipping fees nor lost returns. Once your return is received, it will be processed and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact customer service at advisor@ernolaszlo.com for a replacement or refund.
Please do not throw away defective or damaged items until you have discussed the situation with our team, as we may need photos of the problem.
For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer’s customer service for their return policy. Erno Laszlo cannot accept Erno Laszlo merchandise purchased with one of our retail partners.
I've paid in 4 payments with Klarna - How do returns work?

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We do not offer exchanges, but we will be happy to accept unopened and gently used products for return within 30 days of purchase. For any additional questions, please contact customer service at advisor@ernolaszlo.com.
