At this time, Erno Laszlo’s fulfillment partner is taking preventative measures to protect their workers and our customers safety. Due to these precautions, your shipment processing time is going to be extended up to 72 hours of processing. Please expect delays, but we are working hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

At this time Erno Laszlo ships to all 50 United States, via the service rates listed below. 2-day shipping to P.O boxes is not available. You must have a physical address.

  • 2 Business Days with Saturday Delivery
  • Ground Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

  • 2 Business Days with Saturday Delivery
  • Fedex Overnight delivery (where available) $25.00 and 1 business day

International Shipping

We accept returns for any Erno Laszlo products purchased on within 30 days of the purchase date. To process your return, please fill out the return slip included in your original order. Repackage the items to be returned and ship to the following address:

For your protection, please consider shipping via UPS, Fedex or USPS insured. Erno Laszlo is not responsible for return shipping fees nor lost returns. Once your return is received, it will be processed and a refund will be issued. We do not accept items that are not in their original packaging.

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact customer service at for a replacement or refund. You will need to ship the defective merchandise to Erno Laszlo, with shipping costs covered by Erno Laszlo.

For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer’s customer service for their return policy. Erno Laszlo cannot accept Erno Laszlo merchandise purchased with one of our retail partners.
