Please note, due to the volume of orders we are unable to make changes to, or cancel, orders placed during our sales. If you have made an error with your shipping address, please contact or 888-352-7956 with your order number and corrected address as soon as possible. 

Processing time for orders is typically 1-2 business days. During sales, this can be extended to 3-4 business days or longer. Processing times do not include weekends. We appreciate your patience during high volume periods.

Shipping Rates

We ship to all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam at this time.

  • We offer free standard shipping in the US for all orders over $100. All other orders will have a flat $8 shipping fee. Standard shipping orders are typically received within 5-10 business days following processing times.
  • 2nd Day Air delivery for $15.00 and 2 business days.
  • Overnight delivery for $40.00 and 1 business day

Our free shipping option for both US and international utilizes USPS, UPS, and Fedex rates. We cannot guarantee what shipping method will be chosen by our warehouse, but all orders will receive a tracking number upon shipment.  All orders from NJ.

Please note, should you order Light Controlling Toner, your entire order will be shipped USPS or Fedex Ground, due to alcohol being a hazmat. If you need other items quickly, we recommend placing two separate orders.

International Shipping & Promotions

We ship to the United Kingdom and Canada.

  • United Kingdom
    • Free shipping for UK orders over £200 GBP //  £35 GBP fee for orders under £200 GBP.
  • Canada
    • Free shipping for Canadian orders over $200 CAD // $45 CAD fee for orders under $200 CAD. 
Shipping fees are calculated at the daily exchange rate. All gifts with purchase will be based on USD dollar value based on the daily exchange rate.

    We accept returns for any Erno Laszlo products purchased on within 30 days of the purchase date. To process your return, please fill out the return slip included in your original order. Any Product Bundles, Sets, or Product with multiple components must be returned in their entirety. Repackage the items to be returned and ship to the following address:

    For your protection, please consider shipping via UPS, Fedex or USPS insured. Erno Laszlo is not responsible for return shipping fees nor lost returns. Once your return is received, it will be processed and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact customer service at for a replacement or refund.

    Please do not throw away defective or damaged items until you have discussed the situation with our team, as we may need photos of the problem.

    For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer’s customer service for their return policy. Erno Laszlo cannot accept Erno Laszlo merchandise purchased with one of our retail partners.

    I've paid in 4 payments with Klarna - How do returns work?

    If you've used Klarna to pay for your purchase but are now needing a refund, the refund will be processed by Klarna. For your convenience, you can read more about the Klarna refund policy here:

    Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
