Shake the bottle to mix the treatment and pigment. Apply to a cotton round or reusable pad and press into skin, avoiding eye area. Allow liquid to dry a few seconds on the face. Use fingertips or kabuki brush to evenly blend in any remaining powder pigment. Apply a second coat as desired.
